2D
since
I've used a lot of applications to draw on tablet but the one I prefer is HiPaint, as I have an Android device and can't install Procreate. For design and graphism, I use Photoshop and Lightroom to modify pictures and Illustrator to draw with vector. It is very useful to make logos, posters and commercial things, wich I do kinda often.
3D
since
I began to model some 3D objects on Maya in school. I like it but it takes a lot of time to me satisfy with the render I make. To texturize, I use Photoshop in wich I import the textures I want to apply. Then, I modify them a bit and I export the file back in Maya. For the lights, There is still a lot of work to do but I think I might start to like it more and more as I learn to use this software.
Animation & motion design
since
I started animation and motion design in art school again. I always wanted to try it. I rather do animation frame by frame than motion design even if it takes a lot more time. I do that on Krita with my computer and a drawing tablet. For the motion design, I prepare my assets in the 2D softwares I talk about in the previous section and I animate it in After Effects with key frames.
